Owner/Founder
Dominic Franco began training at the age of 9, starting his professional career at age 10. Since then, he has trained in multiple styles including: jazz, lyrical, contemporary, ballet, tap, hip hop, acrobatics, and musical theatre.
Dominic earned his B.F.A. in Musical Theatre at Texas Tech University, where he was on the Texas Tech Pom Squad from 2016-2018 and he became a 3x Collegiate NDA National Champion in both the Jazz & Pom D1A Divisions.
His choreography career began at the age of 16 choreographing for both competition and showcase performances. Since then, he has choreographed game-day and national routines for many studios and teams around the country (both high school and university) and currently has 4 national championships under his belt as a choreographer.
After graduation, Dominic moved to Los Angeles, CA, where he performed professionally in regional, national, and international productions/shows. In 2020, Dominic became the first male dancer to ever make the Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleading team in and cheered from 2020-2022. He founded Dominate Technique in 2021 and continues to teach/choreograph for high schools and colleges all around the world!

Dominate Instructor
Anthony Chacon is an accomplished dancer and instructor with extensive experience in contemporary, hip-hop, and jazz techniques. As a dynamic performer, he has worked with renowned choreographers like Julio Cesar, Robert Green, Cameron Lee and Joshua Peugh on high-profile projects, including Thalía | Concierto de Campeones and Ten Gallon Contemporary Production.
He has trained under industry leaders such as Erika Klein, Michelle Urban, Antoine Troupe, and Dominic Franco, honing a versatile skill set that spans from contemporary artistry to commercial hip-hop. As a company dancer with Urban Movement Dance Academy and a guest artist for Dark Circles Contemporary Dance and Potion Company, Anthony has earned recognition for their passionate performances and technical precision.
As an instructor, Anthony is dedicated to empowering students to explore their unique potential through a blend of rigorous technique and creative expression, offering inspiration and growth in every class.
Dominate Instructor
Originally from Wethersfield, Connecticut, John recently graduated from Hofstra University where he was a part of the 13x UDA National Champion and 2x ICU World & Pan-Am Championship Hofstra Dance Team. He, himself, became a 5x UDA National Champion and 1x ICU World Champion during his time on the team.
John grew up training in multiple styles of dance in Connecticut at Dance 10 Studios. He is currently a UDA College Staff member and spends his summers traveling aroundthe nation teaching high school and college dance teams.
